Mr Mühlnikel has many years of experience in advising on employment law matters. He advises our clients on individual labour law as well as collective labour law and general contract law matters. In addition, Mr Mühlnikel supports our clients in the negotiation of care rate agreements.

Main areas of activity

One focus of Mr Bernd Mühlnikel's work is advising on employment law and litigation in individual and collective employment law for employers and employees.

As a specialist lawyer for labour law, he can help you with corporate restructuring, the introduction of temporary employment models and performance-related remuneration systems.

Another focus of Mr Mühlnikel's work lies in civil law in the drafting of contracts and the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of claims. Correspondence languages are German and English.
