Catharina Lange

When advising our clients, Ms Lange specialises in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and IT and data protection law. She advises our clients on drafting contracts and represents them in extrajudicial and judicial disputes with a commercial law focus.

Main areas of activity

Commercial and company law

Ms Lange advises our clients on various issues of company law, from formation and restructuring measures to the dissolution of companies. She also represents our clients in disputes between shareholders or with third parties. She also specialises in due diligence audits, structuring and negotiating transactions, restructuring measures and mergers.

Commercial law

Ms Lange supports our clients in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and develops customised solutions for our clients. Ms Lange's main areas of expertise include contract law, commercial and corporate law and competition law, as well as the diverse requirements with regard to compliance and risk management. In addition, Ms Lange is available to our clients as an expert contact in civil procedural law.

IT law and data protection

Ms Lange's main areas of expertise in IT and data protection law are IT-related contract law, data protection compliance and e-commerce. In particular, she advises our clients on the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts in the IT sector (e.g. licence agreements or service level agreements), on compliance with data protection regulations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and on legal issues in online business, including online marketing.
