Denis Bulgak

Mr Bulgak's main areas of practice are the enforcement and defence of claims under general civil law and commercial law. In addition, Mr Bulgak deals with dunning and receivables management for our clients. He advises our clients on drafting contracts and represents them in extrajudicial and judicial disputes with a commercial law focus.

Main areas of activity

General civil law

Mr Bulgak advises and represents our clients in all matters of general civil law; in addition to the examination and enforcement of contractual claims, this includes advice on the drafting of contracts and the examination of general terms and conditions.

Receivables management

If payment deadlines are exceeded, this can lead to considerable economic disadvantages. Mr Bulgak supports our clients with expert contract and receivables management. The focus of Mr Bulgak's work lies in the assertion of damages caused by default, pre-litigation reminders and representation in dunning proceedings or payment actions. He also monitors payments and initiates enforcement measures (bailiff's orders, account and salary seizures, etc.).

Civil procedural law

Mr Bulgak is available to our clients as an expert contact in civil procedural law and assertively protects the interests of our clients in the course of civil proceedings.
