Lina Addicks

When advising our clients, Ms Addicks specialises in the areas of company law and public commercial law. She advises our clients on drafting contracts and represents them in extrajudicial and judicial disputes with a commercial law focus.

Main areas of activity

Commercial and company law

Ms Addicks advises our clients on various issues of company law, from formation and restructuring measures to the dissolution of companies. She also represents our clients in disputes between shareholders or with third parties. She also specialises in due diligence audits, structuring and negotiating transactions, restructuring measures and mergers.  

Commercial law

Ms Addicks supports our clients in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and works out the most advantageous individual solutions. Ms Addicks' main areas of expertise include contract law, commercial and corporate law and competition law, as well as the diverse requirements with regard to compliance and risk management. In addition, Ms Addicks is available to our clients as an expert contact in civil procedural law.

Public commercial law

In the area of public commercial law, Ms Addicks focuses on advising companies in the context of approval procedures and representing the interests of our clients vis-à-vis the competent authorities.
