Main areas of activity

The focus of Mr Ralf Sobiechowski's work is on tax and business management advice in the areas of tax structuring, business start-ups, company succession, financing and restructuring.
Tax advice also includes defence advice in connection with complex issues relating to external tax audits.

Mr Sobiechowski supports you in the acquisition and sale of companies, in all types of reorganisations and in all matters relating to company succession and business start-ups. He supports you in the preparation and presentation of company data in the run-up to discussions with banks.
