Riccarda-Katharina Wendler

Ms Wendler advises our clients on matters with a focus on commercial agency law, company law, inheritance law and labour law. She advises our clients on drafting contracts and represents them in extrajudicial and judicial disputes with a commercial law focus.

Main areas of activity

Commercial and company law

In the area of commercial and corporate law, Ms Wendler specialises in commercial agency law; here she advises our clients in particular on the drafting of commercial agency agreements or the examination and assertion of commission claims. In addition, Ms Wendler advises our clients on various issues of company law; one focus of her work is advising on the advantages and disadvantages of family pool companies and the formation of companies.

Inheritance law

In the field of inheritance law, Ms Wendler supports our clients in drafting wills and inheritance contracts, settling an inheritance and resolving inheritance disputes, such as the enforcement of inheritance claims, legacies and compulsory portions. Her legal expertise and empathy help our clients to make the best decisions in difficult times.

Labour law

Ms Wendler advises both employers and employees in matters of labour law. She advises our clients on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, separate remuneration models such as bonuses, revenue sharing or commission and other labour law agreements. In addition, Ms Wendler supports our clients in legal disputes such as protection against dismissal.
